Ihre Aufgaben

• Assisting the Director with strategic and operational topics
• Identifying areas needing attention in order to develop solutions
• Create and compile comprehensive and visually engaging presentation decks to communicate findings, recommendations and project progress
• Analysing ongoing projects, managing resources, assessing risk and supporting the targeted implementation of use cases
• Organising and moderating meetings and workshops
• Working closely with international departments and external partners to drive the implementation of projects and goals
• Supporting use case management and defining new use cases in coordination with stakeholders
• Driving new approaches in data analytics and implementing new methods

Ihr Profil

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience also as a student in business consulting, strategic management or project management, ideally in an agile environment
• Fluency in English and German
• Ability to make complex matters understandable for stakeholders
• Strong numerical skills, analytical thinking
• Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow
