Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsible for building and running IT services
• Analyzing IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses.
• Training staff to use the new IT system
• Business partnering for key users and process teams
• Contribution to Problem Management, Incident Management, Request fulfillment, Access Management, Event Management, Lifecycle Management
• A few additional tasks like process management, incidents management, monitoring

Ihr Profil

• Professional in Data Platforms (-Azure -AWS - Google Cloud), Multi Cloud Architecture, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark and Kafka)
• Intermediate in Office productivity Software ( -MS Office / O365 Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), Powershell, Release Management, Hybrid Cloud Orchestration
• Professional in desigining and implementing of data platforms and data lakes
• PDM Processes - good know how
• Quality processes, sales processes
