As a full-service provider of clean energy solutions, we supply residential and commercial end customers with solar modules and systems as well as power storage. We provide integrated services such as power contracts to provide access to 100% clean electricity. Our global center for technology, innovation and quality is located at our site in Thalheim. From our new office at Südkreuz in Berlin, we manage our sales and distribution as well as the advancement of our services.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions spanning frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud platforms.
  • Innovation Driver & Collaboration Facilitator: Drive innovation and feature delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Code Ownership for Performance Excellence: Take end-to-end responsibility for code, from inception to deployment, while prioritizing performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Agile Development Collaborator: Actively participate in Agile development processes, working closely with product owners and contributing to codebase and cloud infrastructure development.
  • Cloud Architectural Strategist: Define and drive technical direction, leveraging expertise in cloud architecture and system design to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of projects.

Ihr Profil

  • You have a degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • You have first-hand experience in project management, preferably in an international environment and in a leadership role.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills characterize your approach, complemented by strong analytical thinking to optimize both individual and team workflows.
  • You have hands-on experience with C# or Node.js, as well as TypeScript/React and CI/CD.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a given, and SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English completes your well-rounded profile.
